I am sadly moving out of my lovely room in Dundee city centre to move in with my girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take my place starting 1st January (negotiable).

The Room (and the view!): It is a genuine bargain at £300 per month. The room is fully furnished (comfy bed, comfy sofa, wardrobe, drawers) and gets plenty of natural light. My favourite part is the view, you look right out towards Dundee Law, which makes for a really nice outlook.

The Financials:
* Rent: £300 pcm (Very affordable for this location!)
* Council Tax: Band B (Split between flatmates).
* Bills: Not included, but split equally and reasonable.

The Location (DD1): You are right in the middle of everything here:
* Universities: Abertay and Dundee Uni are both a very short walk away.
* Shops: Lidl and Tesco are practically on the doorstep.
* Life: You’re minutes from the city centre, McDonald’s, and transport links.

The Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with 2 other flatmates. They are tidy, friendly, and respectful of personal space. It’s a chilled-out flat, and a friendly place to come home to.
