Cozy double room in West End near Magdalen Green

We have a lovely double room available in our 3 bed flat on Windsor Street. We have a gorgeous living room with a tv and large windows overlooking the downstairs garden, a kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and air frier, one shared bathroom and an area for shoes and coats. There is also a large cupboard for storage. We are both 4th year students at Dundee uni, one studying fine art and the other neuroscience, only a 10-15 min walk into uni and within walking distance of town :). We are both super chatty and lively and often host dinner parties and movie nights. Preferably looking for a student as we will most likely be moving after graduation in June, but are open to anyone. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and our previous flatmate has already moved out. The bills and wifi are not included in the rent but so far bills have been around ~£18-30 and wifi is £10 a month each.
