I am looking for 1 new flatmate to live in my current 3 bedroom rental property.

Large unfurnished double bedroom available. Located close to city centre so easy for travel around dundee.

There is a spare room that is shared use for storage and also has a small built in wardrobe that you could use. The shared livingroom is upstiars as is my room.

The property is listed as council tax band C and has gas central heating and double glazing.

I have lived in this property for the last 4 years with a friend who has recently moved out. I am a clean and tidy person, I listen to music mostly but do enjoy movies and series with people as I'm terrible at picking stuff 😂 I work as a self-employed hairdresser in dundee so my home time schedule isn't consistent.
