Big City Centre Flat Close to University

I am a single female student in 2nd year of University here in Dundee.

I am mature, like a clean and tidy home and for my flatmates to do the same. I’m seeking new flatmates as the other flatmates are moving out because they are no longer students and this is a student property and the Landlord doesn’t want tenants getting it council taxed. I would prefer other mature female flatmates rather than guys, but happy to consider others if the majority of tenants are women.

I don’t want to move out as it’s been a good flat this last year and we had a great experience sharing with one another. Hoping I can re-create something and continue to live here.

It is a 5 bedroom property with 3 washrooms and the Landlord is happy to take 3 student paying £450/month each and having our own private washrooms or to have 4 or 5 students sharing. I’ve priced the rooms on here based on 3, 4 or 5 sharing. It would be possible for 2 people to pay full price and have en-suites facilities and for a further 2-3 people paying to share the 3rd bathroom.

The landlord is open to couples sharing but only for 5 adults living in the household and they would adjust the rent.

Duration of tenancy/stay will also affect the price. If you are only coming for 1-3 months we might be able to cater for you but it would be at a higher rate because of the additional admin, maintenance and management involved in having people staying short periods.

I am a woman from outside the UK and Asian heritage, 26, looking to share with a suitable mature female who respects my lifestyle, religious and cultural heritage.

You will share a 3-5 bed, Fully Furnished, first floor flat in DD1 right next to the famous museum “the McManus Galleries”. The bedrooms shown are all very similar in size as are the washrooms. There is a large kitchen/diner and large lounge plus 2 large storage cupboards.

1 minute walk to City Centre, 3-5 minute walk to Abertay University, 10-15 minute walk to Dundee University.

4 rooms are currently vacant and ready now. I just need to find new flatmates.
