Looking for flatmate

Looking for a flatmate for our lovely 4 person house:
Shared bathroom and shower, kitchen, 3 floor house, with rooms for storage. 2x working males and a student (female).

Available items:
- Pots, pans, cutleries, plates
- Rice cooker, Microwave, Fridge + Freezer, TV, washing machine, Parking space + outdoor space, BBQ grill, vacuum cleaner

Pros:
- Quiet household, generally at work 9-5
- Quiet and Safe neighbourhood away from city
- Rolling contract; you can leave at any time, provided you can find a tenant to take over

Cons:
- Some distance from the city, but still accessible through bus
- No pets, No tobacco
