Room available in large family home with garden and garage. There will be periods where we are away from home so are looking for the right person. There are 2 room options available and we would discuss your preference. Option 1 is for a large first floor double bedroom with access to shared bathroom, or downstairs bedroom (smaller) but with en-suite. £800 a month. Couples welcome though price will be higher. All bills included. References required. If you like the idea of having the house to yourself most of the time, then this would suit you. There is space for entertaining, outdoor space. 5/10 min walk to bus routes that go into the city centre and to Ninewells/Broughty Ferry. This property would also suit a commuter as it is situated close to the A90, allowing quick access to the main areas around the city and to buses headed out of the city.
