The flat is located in the centre of dundee, only 5 minutes away from Seagate bus station and the shopping centre.
The flat has virgin media broadband wifi on a student deal (around 26 pounds a month), as well as octopus energy provider, with heating and hot water being powdered by a gas card which is topped up at the post office (usually comes out to around £20-30 a month during warmer months and around £40-60 a month during colder months).
There's also a stable £33 electricity bill monthly.
All bills would be split between two.
I am a student in st andrews university as well as a part time waitress so I am out quite a lot but I always keep the flat tidy.
