Room for rent

I am looking for a compatible roommate to share a ground-floor flat at 19/2 Brown Constable Street, Dundee.

I have taken the smaller bedroom, so I do spend a fair amount of time in the living room. I am a musician and play piano in the living room, mainly at evenings and weekends. I also have an electric keyboard, which I am happy to use to keep noise levels down when needed.

I work as a school teacher weekdays from 7:30am and usually return in the evening, so the flat is generally quiet during the day.

I live a sober lifestyle, so it is essential you do not drink alcohol use drugs or smoke. I am looking for someone respectful, considerate, and comfortable with a calm, stable environment.
