Annex Lodgings for Student or Professional

These rooms are the perfect base for a self-contained student or professional who wants their own space in a family home in Dundee's popular West End. Ten minute walk to the University; fifteen to the city centre; buses every ten minutes to the city AND to Ninewells Hospital. There is also off road space for you to park your car, if needed.

Although part of our home, the accommodation is effectively self-contained; the only space you would need to share being the kitchen. You would have your own living room and bedroom (with a double bed), as well as your own en suite shower room / toilet. You have your own entrance and can come and go as you want, and we are happy for you to have friends round.

The rooms are furnished, including a fridge, and all bills (including Council Tax and broadband) are covered by the rent. We can also set up a tv and Virgin feed if you would like that. you would have access to the garden, which is a South facing suntrap; and it is a short hop to the local park - Magdalen Green - and the riverside walk.

We have enjoyed sharing our kitchen with previous lodgers, and spending time with them while we cook. We occasionally eat together, though this is not an expectation. We have a collie dog and a fat cat, who would be kept out of your rooms by a self-closing (and lockable) door.
