My flatmate is moving out at the end of April and I'm looking for someone to take her place. She has already posted a listing, if you see this ad twice that is her listing. The room will be available after April 27th.

Bathroom has electric shower and small cupboards for storage above the toilet. The kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a separate fridge and freezer. We also have an ironing board, iron, and vacuum stored in the sitting room.

The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside dresser, drying rack, lamp, desk, and chair. The bed is a double.

Rent is £870 total. Both rent and bills are split so you will pay £435 for rent. The deposit is £485. Internet is £29 a month.
