Spacious Central Flat for Rent

Hiya, I'm looking for a female student to replace me in the flat as I am moving out. It is a lovely furnished flat (top floor, above the George Orwell), about 1 minute away from the DJCAD, 5 minutes away from the University of Dundee and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre & train station. The rent is cheap, and there is a busstop outside the flat for access to many routes, including Ninewells hospital.

The room is very spacious with a sink and beautiful view of the river. The room gets a lot of sun due to the large window & gets warmed up a lot from it! The room also comes with a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed, mattress, shelves, and drawers.

There is also a shared living room which we decorated, a bathroom (bath and shower) and kitchen (tumble dryer and washing machine). The kitchen window looks out onto the river and there is a shared garden. During the summer, people from the other flats sometimes get together to toast marshmallows there.
