This is a 3-story private HMO property on Blackness Avenue with a utility room and shared communal spaces. This is in Council Tax band E, but we are all students and are exempt from paying.

It has a small backyard with stones, not grass. The property manager is lovely and generally easy to contact and inquire about info from (including pets and house problems). There is a bus stop outside the street and a Sainsbury's Local close by. The city centre is about a 25-30 min walk, or the bus takes you there usually within 10 minutes. The same goes for the train station. There is a driveway that can fit 1 car, and street parking also.
