Very central and close to the shopping malls, public transportations. And in an excluding quite neighbourhoods with ample residential parking space.
Two bedrooms available for rent. (Smaller one for £400 and Larger one for £420, bills not included and will be divided by tenants + myself). Both rooms are spacious double room as you can see from the flat floor plan. Each room Will be furnished with double bed, bedside, wardrobe, draws, recliner etc. Two Tenants will have to share the bathroom (I will take the en-suite, and won’t use the bathroom). Will put a small dining table in kitchen and the hall place on second floor will convert to be a small lounge. Also plan to get more storage for l the first floor. I will get the keys on the end of April and furnitures will start delivered from beginning of May. I will keep updating pictures once the furnitures arrived.
