1 Room to Rent, Female, 3 Bed Flat

We are looking for a female roommate, who enjoys the occasional going out to pubs but also the occasional movie night in. We would like for a clean roommate, who is okay with helping out around the flat, and is okay with one of the flatmates being in a relationship. (the partner doesn't stay at the flat, but will be around occasionally).

we are both studying at university of dundee, one doing history and the other doing architecture (who is on her year out, but will be at the flat still).

The flat itself is a cosy environment with a large living room, perfect for social events and chilling, it is located in a private area, off of the side of perth road.

tv (flatmate owns)
hoover (flatmate owns)
