Sunny Room in flat near Dundee uni campus

We are a group of all-girls Dundee uni students looking for a new housemate! The house is HMO licensed. The room available is fully furnished with a single mattress, sliding-door cabinet/closet, studying table, and a shared-bathroom that is on the same floor as the room! We have a well-maintained shared living room & kitchen consisting of all essentials such as an oven, microwave, gas stove, two fridges, a washing machine and a dryer. The property is gas-heated in colder months and double-glazed windows. The house is a perfect location with a 5 minute walk from the university main campus and 1 minute walk to the bus stop. We would ideally love to have someone who’s tidy, clean and house viewings are definitely more than welcomed! :)
