Room Near University of Dundee/City Centre

Hey, I'm looking for a replacement for myself in a shared house.

The house is very close to the University of Dundee, a 5-minute walk, and you are on campus. Most of the days, it is quiet outside, and there are no big parties around, even though most of the people in the area are students as well. The only time I ever heard any noise was during the freshers' week and Halloween. Other than that, it is a quiet residential area.

The house has three floors, and my room is located on the top floor with windows looking out at the garden. You will also have your own small bathroom with a toilet and think that is located on the second floor. However, for the showers, you will have to share a bathroom with others. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. The washing machine does not have a drying option, but we have a lot of indoor dryers, and if it is sunny outside, there is a place to hang your laundry in the backyard. There is also a small storage room right next to my room. We share a living room with a TV, but I have never used it, so I don't know what is on it. There are two bus stops that will get you to the centre in no time.

You will be staying with at least 2 guys; however, currently there are 4 men and one woman (me) staying in the house. 3 of us are moving out at different times, so I cannot be sure with whom you are going to stay. However, currently, all of us are quiet, friendly, and tidy.

My room itself comes with a built-in closet, a desk with a chair, a double bed mattress, and a cabinet.

The rent is £400 a month, and the bills are currently £36 per month. So expect to pay around £440 a month.
