West End Flat with Office & Housekeeper

Hello! I have a double room available in a well-kept 2-bedroom flat with an office, ideally located within easy reach of the university, Ninewells Hospital and the city centre. In a residential area, with plenty of local shops, cafés and bars nearby.

The flat itself is bright and spacious, with access to a shared garden/drying green and ample free parking. For those relying on public transport, there is also a bus stop directly opposite the apartment and the train station is a 25min walk away.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly, working professional (Monday–Friday, with the occasional Saturday). The flat has a sociable, easy-going atmosphere and chatting over a coffee or drink is always welcome, but personal space is equally respected.

Bills:
All bills are included (energy, broadband, council tax etc.), and the property also has from a regular housekeeper (also included).

Move-in date:
Flexible.
