Looking for a comfortable place to call home in Dundee’s sought-after West End? I have a double room available in a well-kept 2-bedroom flat, ideally located within easy reach of the university, Ninewells Hospital and the city centre. Set in a residential area, there are also plenty of local shops, cafés and bars just a short walk away.

The flat itself is bright and spacious, with access to a shared garden/drying green and ample free parking. For those relying on public transport, there is also a bus stop directly opposite the apartment and the train station is a 25min walk away.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly, working professional (Monday–Friday, with the occasional Saturday), who enjoys a mix of staying active and relaxing downtime. Interests include running, swimming and reading. The flat has a sociable, easy-going atmosphere and chatting over a coffee or drink is always welcome, but personal space is equally respected.

Bills:
All bills are included (energy, broadband, council tax), and the property also benefits from a housekeeper.
