Bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom female flat

I am looking for a new roommate due to my current flatmate moving for university.

It is a 2 bedroom flat, with a livingroom, kitchen and bathroom (bath + shower).

Rent is £440 each a month
WiFi is already set up and is £16 per month each
Bills are roughly £40/50 a month maximum

Happy for people to come view the flat prior to agreement.

The landlord is a lovely gentlemen who is a very relaxed landlord and responds to any issues very quickly.
The deposit is just one month's worth or rent and he does not require a guarantor.
