The Room:
We have a spacious double room in a newly refurbished flat that is fully furnished, the bedroom has ample storage space including a bedside cabinet and a large wardrobe.
The Flat:
We have one shared bathroom (rainfall shower, sink and toilet) and a conjoined living space and kitchen with all the cooking necessities (including an ninja air fryer, espresso machine and a toastie maker!) with a shared fridge/freezer with one shelf in each, also provided is a dry goods cupboard with 3 shelves alongside other shared food storage spaces. Fantastic views of the River Tay and a shared garden.
Location:
This flat is on Perth road in Dundee west end, with a walk of 10 minutes to Dundee University, 15 minute walk to Lidl, other shops and takeaways less than 5 minutes away.
We are also situated directly opposite the bus stop that provides links to the uni, the train station and into the city centre. A bus stop <1
minute away is a direct link to Ninewells (10-15 minute journey). 5 minute walk to Magdalen.
Flatmates:
3 22-24 year old all current students at UoD studying Fine Art, PGDE and History and Politics!
We are kind, friendly and quiet but always up for a giggle. We do take pride in keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. We enjoy a range of things between the three of us including, working out, lego, movie nights and pub nights out. A good fit would be someone who loves a coffee trip/ study sesh and likes a chat!
The nitty gritty
Our council tax band is D.
Our rent is £475 pcm per tenant.
Our monthly bills are £51.83 pm per tenant for WiFi, Electricity, and Gas (£10 goes to a flat kitty for communal cleaning items).
HMO Approved (locks on each bedroom door)
Preferable move in day would be 17th August 2026 staying until 16th August 2027 (possible extension depending on future endeavours)
