Double Room to rent.

Freshly decorated double room for rent. Quiet street with decent neighbors and I have a 7 year old border terrier who might need fed occasionally if I am on a late shift but that's about it.

20 mins walk to Dundee Uni
10 mins walk to town
1 min walk to bus stop for 22/73 buses for Ninewells, this journey takes about 20 mins.
30 secs to Lidl and 5 min walk to Baxter's Park.

Looking for respectful flatmate who although isn't a clean freak will know when things need done. Clean bathroom, dusting, hoovering, and empty bin when it quite obviously needs done.

I'm at uni as a mature student and looking for like minded folk. Like a good time but know when to chill and give someone their space.
I like to cook a lot so you won't go hungry. I have my mates around occasionally, for food/wine/beer/sport especially Sunday's. Can't beat a Super Sunday.
