City centre double room, bills included great view

PhD Student and Pharmacist looking to rent out double room in city centre flat. Though I’ll be relocating to Portugal for a year so you’ll hardy see one of us.
Ideal for other postgraduates or professionals looking for a cill relaxed flat.
All bills included, and limitless cuddles from our cat slippers.
Superking bed and workspace in the room with shred kitchen and living room.
Bathroom would be shared with other lodger if and when we find one. We have our own bathroom.
Happy to socialise with those we live with and equally happy to leave you if you’re a stay in your room type.
We cook a lot and I’ve a slight houseplant addiction.
Currently you’d live with 2 others though maybe 3 if we find another lodger that fits the vibe.
We also provide household basics such as cleaning supplies, cling film and foil etc.
