Double room available in large city centre flat. Just taken over the property as a local pharmacist and St Andrews PhD student. As live in landlords we have our own bathroom so you’d be sharing bathroom with 1 other (another lodger if we find someone chill).

Shared living room, large kitchen dining space and a separate toilet.
ALL bills included including council tax.
We also provide household basics like cleaning chemicals, cling film, bin bags etc.
I’m relocating to a Portuguese university for a year so in practice will be maximum 3 in this 5 bed flat.
Could mix or happy to socialise but equally happy to leave others to their own space.
