Stunning two bed apartment in the West End

Hello, I’m Alasdair, the live-in landlord for this flat in Dundee.

The flat is situated right in the heart of the West End, on a quiet street just off Perth Road. It’s close to both universities and Ninewells Hospital, making it an ideal spot for older students or young professionals looking for a relaxed place to live away from the hustle and bustle of Dundee city centre.

The flat itself is really spacious, with a large kitchen and living room. There are also two bathrooms, so you’d have your own bathroom — always a bonus! I run the flat in a friendly and fair way: I like to keep things clean and tidy, and would expect you to do the same.

I work in the nature conservation sector and am usually out most weekends, either in the hills or down in Edinburgh. It would be great to live with someone who is similarly driven and pursuing a career or something they’re passionate about.

Outside of work, I’m also a part-time musician, so you’ll have to put up with a bit of noise every now and then! I play quite a lot of tennis and like to surf when the waves are good, so I’m generally pretty active.
