🛏 This double room has a desk, three-drawer storage table, and a full closet with sliding mirror doors. The flat is 3 floors with 4 bathrooms total, one toilet would be yours and one of the showers is shared between 3 of the 4 flatmates. There's a garage and driveway no one is using so it'd be yours if you have a car!

Other amenities include a washer in its own laundry room, a fenced in backyard with laundry line, a massive living room, and extra large kitchen with a brand new gas cooker, dining area, plenty of cupboard space, and two refrigerators and freezers.

If you're a student the household will be 100% exempt from council tax, if you're a professional there would be a 25% discount of council tax band E.
