Due to my lovely current long term lodger moving home l will soon have 1 comfy small double room with access to shower room/toilet on same middle landing of 3 story house. There is a big kitchen and cosy snug lounge for hanging out, watching TV, having evening meal and use of washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc. Also Wifi and access to garden space. The house conforms to new fire safety regulations. For drivers there is on street parking and bus station/train station 10/ 20 mins walk away. Duncan of Jordonstone is 30mins, Dundee University is 20 mins and Abertay University is 10 mins on foot. Utilities costs included in rent. No deposit but rent in advance please.
