My current flatmate has had to move out for a new job so I need someone to take over their double room in a nice flat in the centre of Dundee.
In the room there is a double bed, a chest of drawers, desk, chair and cupboard. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and livingroom and is fairly modern and nicely decorated.
We have broadband and including council tax bills come around to £90 a month.
I'm looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate of a similar age :)
