I am a working professional in Dundee and I am renting out the spare room in my flat. I have a very friendly cat so may not be suitable for people with allergies.

The entire flat is fully furnished and the tenant can make use of all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, towels and bed linens.

The flat is close to the universities and city center and is close to many bus routes.
