7 Bed Quiet House Close to Universities

We have two rooms available in a 7 bed house, which is 3 storeys with 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet room, on Windsor Street in Dundee; we are currently 3 girls and 2 boys. The rent is £312 a month and bills around £35 a month which includes unlimited internet, gas and electricity and shared basic necessities for the general house.

We are going into our fourth year and we are looking for people who think they can fit in, it’s a quiet house since we all work at different times so when we can we all enjoy tea, movies and tv shows :)

We’re 20 minutes walk away from Dundee Uni and have shops less than 5 minutes away.

Both rooms will be available officially from the 1st August, but as our flatmates are moving out on the 1st June and the 16th June you are welcome to move in earlier than this :)
