Great Double Room, Window Facing Beautiful Garden.

i am looking for some one to take over my tenancy in a really great house with great flatmates . the house is just nextt door to dud hope park and is perfect walking distance to dundee and Abertay university, easy to reach Nine wells hospital aswell.
it is decent sized double room with double glazing where you can indulge in some garden gazing ( amazingly big garden with a veg patch). the sun shines in all day long.
two bathrooms both with showers and one with a bathtub.
shared kitchen? living room
the flatmates are very respectful, friendly and study hard.
i will be really sad to leave this house as its the best place i have lived in dundee.
