Flatmate wanted now!

Flatmate wanted for friendly, well located flat opposite the DCA on the Nethergate. This flatmate would be taking the spare room of a 4 bedroom apartment with currently 2 female and 1 male occupiers, all studying at the University of Dundee. There is a shared living room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The current occupiers are very welcoming and friendly and like to be sociable. This is for immediate entry, the deposit is £125 upfront with a months rent of £285. The broadband is sky and the bills are shared equally with all flatmates. This person MUST be a student.
