About the flat:

The flat is located at the city quay, overlooking the River Tay. The area is quiet, with friendly neighbours, and the high street is only 10 minutes walk away. The flat comes with free parking, wi-fi and a secure telephone entry system. Also, as my bedroom has an en-suite, you have the main bathroom (with bath and shower) to yourself! Bills are electricity only and come in at a modest £30-40 a month each. The flat is part-furnished.

About me:

I am a 20 year old student heading into 4th year at Abertay University. My current flatmate is moving out at the start of September and I need a new student flatmate to share this lovely property with. I consider myself to be friendly, helpful, clean and organised, and I am unfussy as to whether the new flatmate is male or female (as long as you're reasonably tidy). I do enjoy nights out with friends etc, although they may be slightly limited next term as I focus on my studies.
