Single bedroom in shared accommodation

i had a contract of 43 weeks with the old mill accommodation.
its a flat in old mill accommodation in central Dundee easy access to buses and public transport you also going to share flat with 4 other students 1 male and 3 females
you must be a full time student to meet the full criteria of lease agreement.
the rent include all electrical and gas bills and free wifi with insurance of your gadgets and 24/7 hr security and service
its a 5 bed flat - Standard Single
Block A, Second Floor - Flat 11 - Room B
i have already pay 4 week rent so contact as soon as possible for replacement of the flat with me as i need urgently take my self out of these lease.
