Lovely furnished room in family home close to all bus routes and amenities. Quiet street backing onto Dundee High playing fields Arbroath Road near Aldi, Post Office etc. The room consists of bed wardrobe, bedside cabinets, desk/chair and mirror. Toilet and shower next to bedroom sole use of tenant. Access to kitchen, washing machine etc. Nice laid out garden to rear. We have two friendly dogs, someone will be in house all day with them. Looking for someone clean tidy and happy to spend time in room most of the time. There is tv/dvd in room although only dvd in use at present, broadband available.
