Urgent Flatmate Needed

Hi :) I am a third year nursing student studying at the university of Abertay Dundee, and am seeking another student to share my flat with.

My existing Flatmate has had to leave university and as a consequence can no longer stay in this flat, as it is student accommodation.

The flat is large and spread over four floors which means that there is privacy for everyone.

The flat is located on Perth road, 2 minutes walk away from The University of Dundee, and 10 minutes walk away from The University of Abertay, and Dundee city centre. There are also plenty of bus stops in close proximity.

I am outgoing, and very social. Enjoy a night out but also enjoy my privacy as I live a busy life.

The flat has sky tv and broadband, the total bills and utilities amount to £56 per month.

I am looking for a Flatmate who is also outgoing, but enjoys a chilled night in as well.
