- Guarantor Form (If Applicable)
- If the new tenant was unable to provide a Landlord Reference, or a Guarantor Form we would require the last month’s rent to be paid in advance.
- First month’s rent to be paid in advance + 200 Pounds deposit

Information about the deposit:

If a Landlord Reference is provided, then the deposit is of only 200 Pounds, plus prepayment of the first month's rent. Total: 495 Pounds.
