Double room available in a modern three bedroom house with gas central heating and double glazing. It is warm in winter and has a great garden for summer.

Professionals preferred but will also consider PhD students/mature students.

The house is near the Blackness area of the city in a quiet, residential street with plenty of parking. Walking it's just 10-15 minutes from both universities, the centre of town and just a 10 minute drive to Ninewells hospital. Bus routes 22 and 28/29 are located nearby.

The house is spacious with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an additional W. C. downstairs and plenty of storage space. An enclosed outside garden provides an ideal barbeque area.

Current housemate is a professional working in University sector. I’m in the house a few nights a week when working in Dundee.

Double room is £575 per month inclusive of all bills including council tax. There is a desk and chair in the room (not pictured).
