Double room available to rent - flexible arrangeme

One double room available to rent from the end of December to the 10th of July 2015 as one of our current flatmates is going on an exchange to the USA. Three male students; one medic, an architect and geography student currently living in the flat. The flat is on Thomson Street (number 42A), just off Perth Road. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the university campus and also close to the city centre and Ninewells hospital. It’s an old converted house so it’s got 4 big bedrooms, lounge and kitchen plus a bathroom. The rent is £300 a month excluding utilities which is pretty reasonable for the Perth Road area. We’re flexible with the timescale so if you only want the flat for a shorter period that’s fine and you wouldn’t have to pay the extra month(s) rent.
