Female flatmate wanted in Dundee

Hi :) as my flatmate has got a new job and is moving to a new city I am looking for a new flatmate. I am a mature and sociable 23 year old female who graduated last year. I work full time in Montrose and am looking for another professional to rent a fully furnished double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the city centre near to Dundee university. There are plenty of spaces to park right outside the flat and there are bus stops near by. Although the flat is in the city centre it is a fairly quiet small block of flats.

The livingroom/dining-room is very spacious and I currently have sky tv and internet.

As mentioned the bedroom is fully furnished and has large built in wardrobes. The room is a comfortable size.

Rent is £300 per month plus bills.
