The double room is spacious and bright, with WiFi access throughout the flat. The room is partially furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside units, a double fitted wardrobe and small utility room off the room, for extra storage and extra drying space.

Its a shared bathroom and kitchen area, there is on street parking outside the flat, its a 10mins walk to the city centre and Abertay University, 15mins walk to Dundee University, and all local bus routes.

Must like dogs as I have one, the person be clean and tidy and respectful of others, photos of the flat on request. Monthly rent includes all bills, inclusive of gas, electric and wifi. For more information, contact me.
