Double room in large ground floor flat!

I am looking for someone to fill the spare room in my current flat as my flatmate is moving away. I am a student entering my final year and I would like to stay in this lovely flat for my final year in Dundee.

The flat is located on the ground floor with secure door entry. It has a large bathroom, kitchen and living room fully furnished with more than enough storage space. The Bedrooms come with a built in mirrored wardrobe and large double bed. The building it's self id a mixture of families and other students but no noise is heard from the neighbors ever. It also has private residential parking (which is hard to get in this area!)

The flat is located in the west end of Dundee approximatly 10mins to Dundee University, 15 mins to city centre.

oh and by pets I mean fish. I'm not sure they really count though ?
