2 bedrooms to lease in a 3 bed flat. I am needing another 2 people to fill these bedrooms otherwise I have to leave!

Move in rent £324. 03 per person - move in date 4/7/15 - rent thereafter will be 352 a month!

2 References (1 must be University Acceptance letter - 1 reference from landlord or character )
Guarantor form
Reference from guarantors employer confirming salary
Credit check for guarantor
Credit check for tenant
This all needs to be done ASAP.

Students/non students both welcome however council tax for non students would be own responsibility on top of monthly rent (£96 per month)
