This room is not available until April 2015. I have a double room to rent in central Dundee. Large bright bedroom, fully furnished with double bed and large wardrobes. There is a large living room area and kitchen. The flat does have off street parking if required. Flat has mod cons - have broadband, microwave, oven etc. There is also an extra storage room in the hallway area if needed.

Looking to share with a professional person, no students sorry. We are friendly but quiet people, looking for someone who will keep the flat tidy etc,

The rent is £325 a month not including bills, with council tax and bills (gas, electric and internet) being an additional £140. The flat is lovely, lots of wooden floors and everything is at a high standard. It is really central with Overgate just 15 minutes away and bus stops just a 2 minute walk.

Happy to have people come and view the flat, I am free in the evenings.
