Flatmate needed for move in late April

I'm a 26 year old living at Perth Road in central Dundee - my current flatmate is moving out at the end of April and I'm looking for someone to take her place.
The place is leased as an unfurnished property but this will only affect the room in question - the living room, kitchen, etc. are all furnished.
I'm pretty easy going when it comes to living with other people and don't tend to get in the way, but I like cooking, and I'm more than happy to make extra if you'd rather not cook yourself!
I work pretty long hours so I'm usually not home until mid-evening, and I also spend a lot of weekends visiting people elsewhere. So you'll have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
I'm not too fussy about who moves in, I can get on with most types of people.
