Nice and cosy room for rent

The flat is rented by three last year students at the moment. My friends are going to leave this year. I am going to undertake masters. So, I need to find flatmates to live with. The flat is nice, warm and fully furnished, we have gas central heating, double glazing. All of us are decent people without bad habits. I am studying biochemistry at UoD, my friend, who is going to stay for another month is doing international relations. Flat is located 7 min from UoD and 3min from Cooperative shop; 15-20 min to te city centre. Bills on average are £30 per month.
