All bills, and fibre broadband access are included in the weekly rent of £130

The room is in an ideal location for anyone working or is a medical/ nursing student at Ninewells Hospital or at either of the Dundee universities. The accommodation is within walking distance or a short bus journey from Dundee or Abertay Universities. and Dundee city centre.
Located in a quiet residential area of Dundee conveniently on several frequent main bus routes between Dundee City centre and Ninewells Hospital. and other areas of Dundee. Ideal for access to Ninewells Hospital or for city centre. Town centre is a 7 minute bus journey.
Short term lets will be considered but normally 3 months minimum is preferred.
