This is a bright and spacious two storey flat in the West End of Dundee with a large living room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is a large, shared garden and great views overlooking the Tay Rail Bridge. Gas central heating, double glazed windows. No pets or smoking in doors. 15 minute walk to the city centre, 5 minutes to the University of Dundee and close to amenities.

£340 rent per month and £340 deposit with first rent. Bills will work out at approximately £30 per month on top of this.

We are two female flatmates in our mid 20's preferably looking for a female student in their 20's/30's who is fairly tidy and sociable to move in from March 2020. Available for a young professional to move in, but please note the council tax would be shared between yourself and one flatmate, as the other is a PHD student.

We both live busy and active lives during the week and enjoy spending time together at weekends when we can. We are both clean and tidy and have made our flat very homely (photos don't do it justice!)
