Double bedroom in Westend

Hello to those that have decided to take a look at this ad :)

I'm putting my room up for rent as I will be leaving Dundee and need someone to take over my lease. Itms a 5 bedroom, 3 storey house within walking distance to most places. University of Dundee being a 7 minute walk away and the train station is roughly a 15 min walk (all according to google maps.)

It's a furnished house with a bathroom and shower on the top floor, along with an ensuite room, living room and kitchen on the second floor and a utilities room, mini garden, bathroom and parking on ground floor. The room I'll be renting out is also on the ground floor :)

Rent is £330 w/o bills and roughly £380 with bills (most probably less) the lease is available from early August - mid July.

The others who stay in the house are all final year Dundee Uni studentd studying Environmental Science/Geography, Biochemistry, Economics and Art - Illustration. Everyone is easy to get along with and are sociable but they know when to respect ones space and can be studious when need be. :)
