Room to rent in shared flat

I'm looking for someone to move into the flat I currently rent from a private landlord, as my current flatmate will be moving away at the end of October.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. There is a large, bright living room, very large separate kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and hallway with two large storage cupboards.

The flat is situated within a quiet, secure block of eight flats, on a cul de sac around 10 mins walk from the centre of Dundee. Pets are welcome.

I am a 27 year old professional female. I enjoy listening to music, reading, watching movies and gaming, both video and tabletop. I enjoy socialising with friends, but certainly wouldn't consider myself a party animal. I am clean, tidy, and friendly, and would like to live with someone similar. I'm ideally looking to share with a non-student for council tax purposes.
