Hi, i am the owner of a student house,
at 12 Springfield Dundee.
( very close to Dundee Univ., there is
nothing closer ! )
There are currently only 4 male students,
and 1 female student,
( Dundee University ) staying in the
property, but it can take 6.
4 of the students there, are post grad, and
the other is 1st year.
( 2 nice rooms are still available,
rooms 5 and 6 )
This is a very good and clean property, and
it is very quiet and a very good study environment.
It also has a large kitchen/living room area.
The rent is very reasonable at 200 per month.
( Because the house is normally rented to a
group of 6, at 1800-2000 per month, which is
normally about 300-330 per student per month )
The rooms are of a very good size.
