Spacious double room to rent

As my course finishes mid May I am looking to rent out my room for two months (until my rent agreememt ends on the 1st of August) this would suit someone who is studying here in the summer.

Out of the rooms in the flat I currently have the largest. It comes with a new double bed and mattress, two sets of wardrobes, a desk and chair and also a chest of drawers.

Bills come to around £30 per month during the summer which will include electricity, gas and the internet. High speed virgin media.

My flatmates are lovely and are all studying at the UoD at the minute. In general we are all around 18 - 22 with one being older. Friendly bunch and always up for going out for a few drinks and a chat.
